We appreciate your interest in Kiddo Music & Video, and always welcome orders from schools, libraries, businesses and other institutions

    o  Selection;   Kiddo Music has many titles which are not available from other distributors.

    o  No Minimums; Order 1 or 100 titles -- you will never have a minimum order with Kiddo Music.

    o  Free Shipping;  Order over $40.00 in merchandise, and you'll receive Free Shipping. 

    o Convenient payment options;  You may either prepay by credit card (Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover), by check, or by             institutional purchase order

Ordering Online by Purchase Order

We are happy to extend 15-day credit terms to recognized institutions.  When submitting a purchase order, please take the following steps:

o   Select your items online using the shopping cart.

o   Select PURCHASE ORDER as your payment method (bottom of the page).

o   Choose your shipping method.  (Standard shipping is FREE for over $40.00)

o   When finished, click the Checkout button

After your a new screen comes up:

o   Add your billing and shipping addresses, including phone numbers, please.

o   Review your order to make sure all is correct

o   At the bottom of your order, add your purchase order number

o   If everything is correct, click "Submit this Order"

Your receipt screen will come up next:

o   Print a copy of your online receipt, which will have your itemized list of titles.

o   Make note of the Kiddo Music order number (you'll need to add it to your original purchase order) 

o   Fax a copy of the Kiddo Music receipt, and your original purchase order document to us at 603-588-3177.

 -- Your original purchase order need not itemize the titles purchased, just reference the Kiddo Music order number. If you would like to itemize them, that's perfectly fine with us.

-- Your original purchase order must be the "official" purchase form for your organization, and include the critical  phone numbers and email addresses.

That's it! You're done.
